Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families through secure video conferencing tools, providing therapeutic support tailored to each client's needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues and co-develop personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and evidence-based.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges, ensuring an individualized approach for each client.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate support while ensuring the client’s safety, and documenting these interactions appropriately.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Provide clients with education regarding mental health conditions, self-care strategies, and available resources to empower them in managing their well-being.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base that may include individuals grappling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of practical counseling experience, with a preference for experience in a telehealth or remote counseling context.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the building of trusting relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and the technological skills necessary to provide effective remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
