Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop case management plans that meet the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.

• Support new client intake processes, including assessment, insurance verification, and building rapport with new clients.

• Stay updated on best practices and relevant developments in mental health care to enhance service delivery.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards while providing high-quality care to all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The candidate will work primarily with adult clients, including those from diverse and minority backgrounds. A focus on supporting individuals with mental health challenges in the LGBTQIA+ community is preferred. Additionally, there may be opportunities to address specialized areas, such as men's mental health. Your contribution will have a significant impact on client outcomes, fostering resilience and promoting well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the State of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling.
\n
• Experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and/or psychodynamic therapy methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to provide psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and older.

• Possess professional malpractice insurance before starting the position.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous work experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health issues is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with minority and diverse populations, implementing culturally competent therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
