Senior Account Director

Seeking a strategic and client-focused Senior Account Director, the full-time remote position will manage flagship clients with $10M+ in annual revenue, leading the development of experiential strategies and driving business growth. Key responsibilities: Serve as the senior strategic partner for top-tier clients, building trusted relationships from initial pitch to long-term partnership Lead the development of insight-driven experiential strategies that meet business objectives and set industry benchmarks Drive client growth and retention while managing complex budgets and ensuring strategic cohesion across teams Required qualifications: 10+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years in an agency setting preferred Extensive experience managing flagship accounts or portfolios valued at $10M+, with credibility among senior stakeholders Proven expertise in large-scale activations and integrated campaigns across B2C, B2B, and hybrid formats Advanced skills in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management for complex programs Strong understanding of the creative process and experiential logistics, with the ability to navigate high-stakes environments
