This is a full-time, remote position based in Fairview, Oregon, allowing you to conduct your practice via telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of clients.

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify the specific mental health and emotional challenges faced by clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on individuals experiencing substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health issues. This diverse patient population will require you to tailor your therapeutic approaches to cater to various backgrounds, concerns, and life experiences. Building trust and rapport with clients will be crucial in facilitating their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• A current, valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Active status in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science, with no suspensions or probation periods.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences and qualifications will be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
