Work Environment

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Raze Orthopedics, you'll work onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility, where collaboration and communication are key components of daily operations. Your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to engage with a diverse patient population consistently. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, recognizing their specific needs and setting achievable therapy goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, averaging one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention and effective treatment delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive and evidence-based treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient.
• Administer effective therapies designed to enhance clients' range of motion and mobility while promoting non-invasive alternatives to surgery.
• Encourage patient participation by designing customized fitness and wellness programs that focus on their unique recovery needs.
• Regularly monitor progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols, and maintain detailed documentation of patient services provided.
• Foster constructive relationships with patients, motivating them throughout their recovery journey to optimize functionality and promote a healthier lifestyle.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, assessing treatment outcomes and adapting approaches when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will uplift those seeking rehabilitation while minimizing their reliance on medications through innovative therapeutic interventions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active license to practice as a Physical Therapist without any board or disciplinary actions on your record is mandatory.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and design and implementation of exercise programs.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, such as WebPT, is required for efficient patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is advantageous, we value willingness to learn and personal commitment to patient care. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
