Key Responsibilities\n

• You will provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to students and clients, tailored to their evolving psychological needs.

• Utilize our integrated billing service to ensure efficient administrative processes, including claims processing and accounts receivable management.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation through timely completion of therapy notes and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Schedule and coordinate ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an organized calendar that accommodates their needs and maximizes your therapeutic impact.

• Engage with a diverse range of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic modalities to best support individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapy to children and adolescents within the school system, as well as their families. You will work alongside educators and parents to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Your interventions will help support students in achieving academic success while also addressing their emotional and social needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work or related field.
\n
• Current Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland, with the ability to practice independently.

• Demonstrated professionalism, cultural competency, and the ability to uphold therapeutic boundaries and ethical standards.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a caseload while ensuring focused client care.

• A minimum commitment to work 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings available for client appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in providing therapeutic services to couples will be viewed favorably.

• Experience working within educational or school settings is a plus, particularly in cases involving children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
