ABOUT THIS ROLE Fulwell Entertainment is looking for a Manager, YouTube Channel Operations to oversee platform strategy, daily operations, and audience growth across our portfolio of YouTube channels. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, audience development, and digital operations. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end YouTube workflows, optimize content for search and discovery, analyze performance, and help shape strategies that maximize engagement across both existing and emerging programming. The ideal candidate combines strong platform expertise, creative instincts, analytical thinking, and exceptional execution.
