The CFO will be a strategic real estate finance leader, responsible for driving the firm's expansion through the raising of debt and equity capital, structuring complex financing arrangements, and partnering with the leadership on investment decisions. This role requires a candidate with extensive expertise in real estate finance, complex deal structuring, and investor relations, who can also demonstrate a rare combination of strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and relationship-building skills. The CFO will oversee the financial strategy, including planning, forecasting, and treasury management, and will ensure strong financial oversight and execution across the deal lifecycle. The ideal CFO for the company will be a key advisor to the CEO, the leadership team, and the Board, and will represent the company with external stakeholders and the investor community. Responsibilities also include leading and developing high-performing teams, optimizing cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet performance, and ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence.
