This full-time, on-site position presents an exciting opportunity for a culinary leader to manage kitchen operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. You will be instrumental in crafting menu items, optimizing kitchen workflows, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture that values creativity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and supply ordering to minimize waste
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance
• Monitor food preparation and presentation for quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
