Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Provide dynamic individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and periodically revise individualized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals and define actionable interventions for clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure a coordinated approach to care that prioritizes client outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as required while conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans that are responsive to immediate client needs.

• Document client progress accurately and timely, adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain compliance and quality of care.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at fostering community and shared learning among peers.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients who are navigating substance use challenges, along with complex mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
