Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients' mental health and substance use treatment needs before, during, and after service engagements to ensure appropriateness and effectiveness of care.

• Conduct prior authorization reviews in alignment with regulatory guidelines to determine the medical necessity of proposed treatment plans.

• Collaborate with medical directors and leadership to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of mental health services provided.

• Prepare and present comprehensive cases during staffing and integrated care rounds, actively participating in multidisciplinary discussions.

• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, performing additional duties as required in accordance with clinical needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions.
