Accounting ManagerTechnical Associates is a multi-disciplined, full-service engineering, construction, installation, fabrication, and staffing organization. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This role is based in our Albany, GA office.Benefits:401(k) with company matchingHealth, Dental, Vision, Life & LTD insuranceVacation and paid holidaysEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)ResponsibilitiesManage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and PayrollPrepare and review monthly financial statements and reconciliationsOversee month-end and year-end close processesMaintain strong internal controls and accounting proceduresCoordinate audits including Workers' Comp and General LiabilityTax filings and financial reportingDaily Banking entriesClient and intercompany invoicingManage and support accounting department and staffBack-up for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and PayrollQualifications5 - 10+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior accounting management or supervisory experience leading a teamStrong Proficiency with accounting software programs and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solvingBS degree preferred or related work experience considered
