We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll & Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
● Process payroll accurately and on time.
● Perform basic accounting functions.
● Enter employee information promptly into the appropriate systems.
● Maintain accurate payroll records, files, and supporting documentation.
● Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding.
● Complete other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.
● General knowledge of accounting principles.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
● Experience with budget implementation is preferred.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
