As the executive Sous Chef, youll play a key leadership role in supporting the Executive Chef with all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and consistency in every dish. Youll help lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing an unforgettable dining experience that complements our renowned wines and unique resort atmosphere. Responsibilities:/pulliSupport and collaborate with the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu development, and culinary innovations./liliMaintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation./liliTrain, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork./liliOversee food preparations, inventory control, and cost management./liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards./liliContribute to special events, wine-paired dinners, and seasonal menu offerings./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMinimum 3 years of progressive culinary experiences in upscale dining, resorts or fine dining./liliProven leadership and team management skills./liliStrong understanding of seasonal ingredients, regional cuisine, and wine pairings./liliCulinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred./liliPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpCompensation: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year/ppEnriching lives by crafting exceptional environments and experiences./ppWe design, build and care for unique settings where communities thrive and memorable experiences come to life./ppWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer./p/div
