IT Service Desk & Knowledge Center Specialist

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking an IT specialist to serve as the central point of contact for store systems and employee IT requests across Stores, Distribution Centers, and Home Office. The role troubleshoots issues, documents resolutions, and coordinates cross‑department communication during incidents. You will monitor systems, support hardware/software requests, and maintain POS equipment. Travel up to 5% may be required; weekend/on‑call shifts are needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bed Bath & Beyond
