Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing techniques and methodologies that align with their unique needs.

• Assess and diagnose clients’ mental health status to inform the development of effective treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including both group and individual counseling, tailored to address a variety of mental health conditions.

• Create and maintain thorough and confidential records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to monitor client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with community programs to facilitate resources and support for therapeutic activities.

• Provide ongoing supervision and support during therapeutic exercises, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for all participants.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on emerging insights.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Riverplace, you will work with a diverse client population facing a range of challenges, including youth struggling with emotional trauma, substance dependence, depression, anxiety disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A minimum of five years of experience as a licensed professional counselor, including supervised professional practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
