Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat to help clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve personal goals.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in clearly defining their therapeutic goals and pathways to achieving them.

• Assess clients' mental health status, formulating and executing tailored treatment plans that utilize a solution-focused approach.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary care and share best practices in mental health treatment.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
