Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Licensure

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of commencing employment.
• Keep your certification current throughout your tenure.
