Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to trauma patients with a focus on acute and chronic needs within a medical/surgical unit.
• Float to various units as needed to meet the demands of the hospital.
• Maintain patient care ratios, with adaptability to rare adjustments for patient needs.
• Administer and manage drips on all assigned floors, ensuring patient stability and safety.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate and efficient documentation.
• Engage collaboratively with care techs, transport teams, and interdisciplinary support services.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or pending Nebraska RN State License.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system required.
• Experience with drips and telemetry monitoring necessary.
• Previous experience in a Level I Academic Medical Center preferred, with demonstrated competency in trauma care.
