Work Environment\n

This role provides the unique opportunity to work both remotely and within our outpatient office, which operates Monday through Saturday. Our flexible scheduling allows you to manage your hours between 10 to 40 sessions weekly, ensuring that you can balance your professional and personal commitments. We also facilitate in-house credentialing and manage insurance participation and scheduling, allowing you to focus solely on your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to understand their unique needs and concerns.

• Initiate and document treatment and intervention plans tailored to clients’ individual service plans, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.

• Collaborate with healthcare and community professionals to coordinate care and ensure that patients receive holistic support.

• Participate in patient rounds and case management meetings to discuss treatment progress and ensure integrated care among team members.

• Adhere to ethical and timely documentation standards required by the organization, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Beautiful Minds Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) from the State of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated experience in performing psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.

• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities, including but not limited to CBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
