Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique experiences and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide services to various populations, ensuring a tailored approach for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups, offering a sense of community and shared experiences among participants dealing with similar mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to promote a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing effective techniques and strategies to assist patients during emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional stability.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, viable treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation adhering to all legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance while facilitating effective case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse. Your role will be crucial in providing support and effective therapy to individuals from all walks of life, enriching their personal and emotional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a repertoire of evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrable experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and constructing effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a diverse client population.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professional boundaries and ethics.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and associated computer applications for documentation and progress tracking.

• A collaborative attitude, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields are preferred.

• Prior experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting and familiarity with documentation regulations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
