Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in thermoplastics, polymer compounds, or engineered materials, combined with proven experience managing and developing relationships with Automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, influencing material specifications, supporting the commercialisation of innovative thermoplastic solutions, and growing strategic accounts across the market. Working closely with engineering, R&D, and materials teams, you will act as a trusted partner to customers, helping deliver cutting-edge material technologies into next-generation automotive applications.
