Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and collaborate on personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support, including crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
