Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients’ emotional and psychological needs, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques tailored to the client's unique requirements.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual support or face logistical challenges that limit their access to traditional therapy settings.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continual professional development through training programs and workshops to sharpen clinical skills and remain abreast of emerging mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
