Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Work collaboratively with school staff and families to enhance support systems for clients.

• Participate in professional development and training sessions to remain current in social work practices and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals aged 18 and older, including students in various educational settings. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, providing support and therapy tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Experience working with minority communities and specializing in areas such as men's mental health or the LGBTQIA+ community is valued but not required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license in the State of Pennsylvania.

• At least three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.

• Malpractice insurance coverage must be maintained throughout your employment.

• Experience collaborating with educational institutions or providing services in school settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
