Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to analyze clients’ mental health challenges and strengths.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions for each student.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to foster peer connections and support.

• Work in collaboration with educational staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure child-centered and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when faced with acute mental health situations.

• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
