Medical-Surgical RN — Patient Care & Recovery Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) Location: Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Schedule: Days, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. | Three 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends
Base Compensation: $27.72–$39.60 per hour, based on experience
Openings: 8 HireNow Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses for eight Medical-Surgical opportunities in Fort Walton Beach. These positions are suited to nurses who bring careful assessment, organized patient care, and effective communication to a busy clinical environment. • Eight full-time Medical-Surgical RN openings
• Day shifts with rotating weekends
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• At least one year of RN experience required
• Active, unencumbered RN license with no disciplinary history
• $10,000 sign-on incentive listed through September 25, subject to eligibility
• Relocation assistance considered case by case

HireNow Package Base Hourly Compensation

• Starting rate: $27.72 per hour
• Ten years of experience: $36.30 per hour
• Fifteen or more years: $39.60 per hour

Final compensation will be determined by the employer's experience scale and assessment of qualifications. Shift Differentials

• Nights: Additional $4.25 per hour for eligible night hours
• No weekend differential

Sign-On and Relocation

• $10,000 sign-on bonus listed through September 25 , subject to eligibility and employer terms
• Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis

• Days: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Role Overview Anticipated responsibilities include:

• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Plan and deliver individualized medical-surgical nursing care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
• Prioritize care across multiple patient assignments.
• Communicate significant findings promptly to providers and the care team.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment, and recovery.
• Support discharge planning and coordinated care transitions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient-safety procedures.

Specific patient populations, assignments, and unit expectations will be confirmed during the interview process. Required Qualifications

• At least one year of RN experience
• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
• No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
• Availability for three 12-hour day shifts and rotating weekends
• Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction

All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions. Under the employer's submission criteria, candidates with any nursing-license disciplinary history cannot be submitted. Application-history restriction: Candidates must not have an active application in the hiring organization's same division within the previous six months.
