Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, support networks, and personal strengths.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that identify client goals, measurable outcomes, and interventions.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client-centered treatment strategies and coordinate comprehensive care.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and devising safety plans to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients with coping strategies and support system development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for various mental health conditions. This includes clients grappling with substance use issues, trauma histories, and co-occurring disorders. By employing tailored interventions, you can help clients navigate their recovery journeys, equipping them with the skills necessary for long-term resilience and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
