Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and holistic assessments to uncover clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring personalized care.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and tailor service plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals to drive positive change.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights and facilitate access to community resources, assisting clients in navigating complex systems.

• Engage in program development and contribute to evaluation efforts ensuring the effectiveness of mental health programs.

• Work closely with local organizations, government agencies, and volunteers, enhancing our service offerings through collaboration and community outreach.

• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and discussing strategies to enhance departmental operations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
