Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to inform the development of individualized treatment plans, incorporating a mix of individual and group therapy sessions as well as other evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions focused on helping clients overcome dependencies, cultivate resilience, and drive positive behavioral changes.

• Work to set realistic and achievable treatment goals in collaboration with clients and in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, keeping detailed progress notes in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical director in conducting chart audits and approving individual and group therapy documentation.
\n
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, contributing to a harmonious and effective workplace.

• Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall standard of care offered to clients.

• Coordinate care effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, ensuring comprehensive treatment delivery to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related field.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is required.

• Direct clinical experience and robust knowledge of best practices in mental health care and case management.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and KIPU Systems client management software.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Background in addressing both mental health issues and substance use disorders concurrently, as part of a dual diagnosis approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position comes with an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
