As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our organization, you will work in a remote capacity, offering you flexibility and the ability to collaborate with our interdisciplinary team from the comfort of your home. This role supports a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a work-life balance suitable for professionals dedicated to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive bio-psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based counseling techniques, performing intake assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and collaborate with other health care providers to ensure patients receive holistic care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes, treatment updates, and referral communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions, guiding discussions and fostering an environment of support and understanding among participants.

• Engage with local resources and community agencies to provide patients with essential support services, including medication assistance and access to social welfare programs.

• Collaborate with the Quality Improvement team to optimize service delivery and enhance patient care through data collection and analysis.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
