About the Role In this role, you’ll operate as a strategic partner to our commercial team — working closely with our Director, Enterprise Account Sales to drive and scale revenue across both new and existing customers. This role sits at the center of our most important opportunities, ensuring they are thoughtfully shaped, well-coordinated, and consistently moving toward close. You are a force multiplier and right hand to the Director, Enterprise Account Sales — bringing structure, foresight, and follow-through to complex deal cycles. You will anticipate needs, surface risks and opportunities, and help ensure the highest-value actions are always clear and executed against. You will partner on deal strategy and play an active role in originating new opportunities, particularly within strategic accounts. This includes identifying targets, developing points of entry, shaping outreach, and helping break into high-priority customers in partnership with the VP, Commercial. You will also help drive account penetration and expansion across existing relationships. You will own the preparation and coordination of proposals, materials, and key deliverables, ensuring they are high-quality, on time, and aligned to the commercial strategy. You will manage the underlying workflow across opportunities — keeping timelines, stakeholders, and next steps organized and on track. You are not the primary deal owner, but you are deeply embedded across the pipeline, helping maintain momentum, remove friction, and ensure opportunities progress with discipline and intent. You bring a revenue-first lens to everything — maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, driving follow-through, and helping translate commercial strategy into execution. You ensure nothing stalls, nothing is missed, and every opportunity is positioned to move forward. At Euclid, your work directly impacts our ability to grow. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping turn opportunities into revenue and relationships into long-term partnerships. What You’ll Do Partner closely with the Director, Enterprise Account Sales to drive and manage a portfolio of opportunities and accounts Maintain visibility across pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressing with clear next steps and timelines Anticipate needs and proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across deals and accounts Support net new and expansion efforts by researching targets, preparing outreach, and developing account strategies and executing Help design and execute account penetration strategies across stakeholders and use cases Prepare materials for key meetings, including customer conversations, deal reviews, and internal alignment Coordinate across internal teams (delivery, product, leadership) to ensure alignment and execution Track and manage deal progress, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Identify patterns across deals and help improve how we operate and scale our commercial motion Act as a central point of coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities Who You Are 4+ years of experience in a high-performance, detail-oriented environment (e.g., consulting, banking, business operations, or sales) Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors is a plus Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously Strong problem solver who can anticipate needs and operate proactively Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and support senior stakeholders High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture Strong sense of ownership and accountability Why You’ll Love Working With Us ⌨️Remote work, forever!
