Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine individual needs and tailor therapy strategies accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address the diverse needs of clients.

• Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for open communication and healing.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, complying with all legal and ethical standards and regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain updated on current mental health best practices and research advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
