Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify client needs, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as group or family therapy, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to client preferences.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, expertly guiding them through difficult moments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment outcomes while adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

• Collaborate with a network of interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to coordinate and enhance client care.

• Empower clients and families by educating them on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
