How You'll Make an Impact

As a Client Executive, you'll take the lead in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You'll be the strategic relationship manager and the key liaison between Gallagher and our clients, fostering strong partnerships and creating innovative solutions to meet their needs. Your role will involve leading complex self-funded accounts, managing annual strategies, and ensuring compliance with local and corporate standards. You'll also play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding new hires and team members, helping them grow and succeed. By championing Gallagher's resources and tools, you'll ensure efficiency and excellence in managing client deliverables, all while contributing to our goal of achieving a 95% client retention rate.

• A Life & Health license and the flexibility to travel approximately 25% of the time

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
