Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, challenges, and mobility levels.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to create and modify personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Implement evidence-based therapies that include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and the use of specialized modalities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation strategies, home exercise programs, and injury prevention techniques for long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to discuss patient progress and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to evaluate treatment effectiveness and inform future sessions.
• Foster a supportive environment by communicating clearly and effectively with patients, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
