Human Resources Director

Convergence Networks is a leading managed service and security provider helping organizations leverage technology and protect their business. We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Director of HR to partner with senior leadership and lead our people strategy across the U.S. and Canada. What You’ll Do Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals Partner with executive leadership on culture, talent, and organizational growth Oversee employee relations, performance management, and leadership development Manage compensation, benefits, and retirement programs (401k, RRSP) Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws Lead and develop HR, payroll, and training teams What You Bring 10+ years of HR experience, including 2+ leadership experience Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws Expertise in employee relations, coaching, and investigations Experience with benefits, compensation, and HR operations Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels Hybrid (Portland-based, ~3 days in office) 5–10% travel If you are a collaborative HR leader who can balance strategy, compliance, and culture, we would love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Convergence Networks
