Our therapists enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of each patient and create personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing coping strategies for mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering essential support during mental health emergencies and guiding clients through their most challenging moments.

• Educate clients about common mental health conditions, available treatment options, and the resources within the community that can assist in their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as LCSW, LCPC, LCP, LSCSW, or LMFT in the state of Kansas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders along with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Strong experience in conducting assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology required for patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
