Job Description:
We are actively looking for an experienced AI Program Manager to lead strategic AI initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
Key Focus Areas:
- 50% AI Enablement & AI-Assisted Engineering
- 25% Delivery Practices & Operational Discipline
- 25% Flow Optimization & Throughput Improvement
Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong program management experience in AI-driven environments
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering and delivery teams
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development practices and operational governance
- Ability to improve engineering flow delivery velocity and execution efficiency
- Strong stakeholder communication and enterprise coordination skills
