Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while being an integral part of an outpatient office. Our work schedule is typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. We provide advanced tools including electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and improve patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate and identify patients’ needs, ultimately developing personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families. Common modalities employed in our practice include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health concerns, fostering community, understanding, and support among participants.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively handling mental health emergencies with urgency and proficiency.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can further support their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards while using our EHR systems for efficiency.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development trainings, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
\n
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities is essential. Familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapy and other therapeutic approaches will be advantageous.

• Demonstrated capability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and craft effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly to diverse populations, is highly desirable.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building rapport with patients and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
