Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique psychological needs of each patient, utilizing recognized evidence-based practices and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to the unique circumstances of patients in hospice care.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic care of patients, attending regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss case progress and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
