Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of therapy sessions, including clinical and progress notes, in accordance with established department policies and regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate and adjust treatment plans, integrating psychosocial assessments and accepted therapeutic interventions for optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assessing clients' needs promptly and effectively to address acute emotional or behavioral issues.
\n
• Facilitate discussions with clients' family members or support systems regarding treatment plans and successful discharge strategies to ensure ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will comprise individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children, adults, and couples, providing tailored interventions that support healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent is mandatory.

• Minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient setting is essential.

• Strong proficiency in using electronic medical records, MS Office applications, and general computer skills is necessary to document patient interactions effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases independently while maintaining a self-directed approach to work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
