Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to their presenting concerns.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, families, and couples, utilizing evidence-based therapies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes diligently within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with an array of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to construct a well-rounded approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Empowerment Pathways Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our caseload often reflects the rich cultural diversity of Plano and surrounding areas, allowing you to gain unique insights into varying backgrounds and experiences. You will support clients in navigating life's challenges, driving meaningful changes in both their personal and interpersonal contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing counseling services, preferably in a mental health or clinical setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in using various therapeutic modalities, with a focus on individualized treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
