Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and interventions aligned with best practices.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as required to support client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet ethical and legal requirements.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops aimed at enhancing client skills and community support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
