Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 base salary + commission

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand strategic partnerships, identify new revenue opportunities, and support ongoing growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic business relationships with new and existing partners.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making and revenue optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams to drive business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Support partnership negotiations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve operational performance and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional and polished communication skills with a client-facing presence.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Experience creating, analyzing, and presenting reports and performance data.
• Experience in financial services, lending, banking, or a related industry is highly preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel for conferences, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
