Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your schedule while successfully balancing your professional and personal commitments. You will primarily connect with clients through virtual platforms but may also participate in in-person meetings and team collaborations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs by conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans aligned with their specific goals.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including ongoing treatment plan reviews and case notes, adhering to company policies and state regulations.
\n
• Engage in dynamic collaboration with fellow team members to develop innovative intervention strategies that empower clients in their journey to mental wellness.
\n
• Maintain a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, ensuring a manageable and fulfilling caseload that respects your work-life balance.
\n
• Coordinate care by working closely with case managers, families, school personnel, and other stakeholders to provide holistic support to clients.
\n
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay informed on best practices and continuous improvement.
\n
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, enhancing the visibility of our services and building lasting relationships within the community.
\n
• Communicate promptly and professionally with the Clinical Director and respond to requests in a timely manner.
\n
• Foster an environment of collaboration while respecting individual autonomy and creativity in client care strategies.
\n
• Provide direct clinical services in individual, couple, family, and group formats utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of clients, including children, teenagers, and their families within the school environment. You will work to understand their unique backgrounds and experiences, employing culturally competent strategies to ensure that every client feels heard and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is mandatory.
\n
• Must hold an active, independently issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
\n
• Time management skills and the ability to deliver all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
\n
• Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting inclusivity in practice.
\n
• Competency with Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is essential.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working within school systems or with adolescent populations.
\n
• Experience in conducting initial assessments, developing SMART treatment plans, and maintaining clinical case notes.

• Comfortable navigating interdisciplinary team dynamics and building partnerships across diverse sectors.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000.
