Up to $225K Base (all depending on experience & skills, maybe move higher)

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of sales professionals delivering high-performance computing and communication solutions to defense, aerospace, and commercial markets. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth, help your team build and expand key accounts, and keep sales activity aligned with strategic goals.

Your team consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals, builds strong customer relationships, and collaborates effectively across departments. You give clear guidance and feedback, clear roadblocks out of your team's way, and cultivate a sales culture built on high performance and high integrity.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives toward individual and team quotas
• Partner with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategy with broader objectives
• Track and report on sales performance metrics
• Participate in training and development to continue sharpening your team's sales skills and effectiveness, where applicable
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of successful sales experience in Satcom or an adjacent industry
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong collaborative instincts for coordinating across engineering and sales teams
• Familiarity with a structured selling methodology
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
• A customer-centric mindset paired with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• A sales philosophy grounded in teaching, tailoring, and confidently challenging the status quo, in the spirit of The Challenger Sale
