Comprehensive Benefits Package 401k with a company match Generous PTO $200/mo Vehicle Stipend Job Details As a senior sales leader overseeing and driving success within your region, you will be required to drive growth across established markets for a leading provider of building technologies. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in the field—coaching sales teams, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding service and project revenue, and taking ownership of market performance. MUST HAVE: Proven success leading high‑performing sales teams in BAS/BMS, HVAC Controls, MEP, or a related commercial construction industry. Demonstrated ability to grow revenue by developing strategic accounts, coaching sales professionals, and driving pipeline execution. Hands‑on leadership style with a willingness to spend significant time in the field alongside the sales team. NICE TO HAVE: Experience scaling or rebuilding sales organizations in growth or turnaround environments. Existing relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, or end users within commercial construction or facility solutions markets.
