Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role is based in Georgetown, KY. The specialist will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, respond to internet and phone inquiries, and follow up with leads to schedule showroom appointments. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities through market research, supporting promotional campaigns, and providing consistent, professional customer service. The specialist will work closely with management to meet lead conversion, appointment-setting, and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and provide a positive experience. Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and support sales growth. Comfort working with CRM software, email, and phone systems; basic computer literacy and data entry accuracy. Ability to work on-site in Georgetown, KY, with a professional demeanor and reliable attendance. Prior experience in automotive sales, customer service, or business development is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
