This position offers the flexibility of remote work while primarily serving the patient population at a Hospice Center located in Edison, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays, leveraging various assessment tools to determine their needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to create tailored strategies that support each child's growth.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to adapt services as required.

• Providing hands-on education and support to families, empowering them with tools and strategies to nurture their child's development effectively.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations throughout the evaluation and treatment process.

• Develop rapport with children and their families to cultivate a trusting environment where they feel supported and understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges and their families. Our focus on early intervention is paramount; you will provide families with the guidance necessary to navigate challenges in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your contributions will significantly impact their overall well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
